“I don’t know if people understand the severity of nuclear war.

The understanding that there are about ten thousand nuclear weapons all told in this world.

It would only take about 1% of those nuclear weapons to kill billions…

We have, in the American military and the American government, people who think that they could use nuclear weapons and win a nuclear war. They call them ‘usable’ nuclear weapons.”
