Biography

Colonel John D. Rosenberger's distinguished leadership, management, and training career spans 29 years in the U.S. Army and 21 years in the defense industry.

A decorated combat veteran who commanded combined arms units from the company/troop to brigade/regimental level, to include command of the famous 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, the permanent OPFOR at the U.S. Army’s National Training Center. Author of numerous professional articles and op-eds addressing the combat readiness of the Army and Joint force, battle command, U.S. military strategy since WWII, leadership and intuitive decision making, and national military policy.
