Biography
Rochelle Lewis is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served in the U.S. Army for 22 years.
As a Defense Acquisition Officer, Rochelle managed program budgets and administered system integration for billion-dollar command and control systems, including the Global Command and Control SystemJoint (GCCSJ), the Integrated Personnel and Pay SystemArmy (IPPSA), and the Army Human Resource System (AHRS) while assigned to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS).
She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from California Intercontinental University and a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University. She joined the Eisenhower Media Network to contribute to discussions on defense acquisition, accountability, and waste, as well as the impact on soldiers and taxpayers.
