“After watching a story on CNN featuring the deaths of Gazan children from bombs and now starvation, it’s clear President Biden fell short in his State of the Union address. The death and destruction in Gaza are being aided and abetted by the U.S. through the non-stop delivery of weapons and diplomatic cover. Biden spent only five minutes discussing Gaza with no forceful call for a permanent ceasefire.  His recommendation for ending the starvation of the Palestinian people by building a temporary port is a waste of money and labor. Instead, he should demand Israel open more land crossings for the hundreds of trucks standing by. President Biden’s reluctance to force Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to remove the restrictions on humanitarian access by land shows the world America’s weakness when it comes to Israel.  It makes me wonder who the real leader and superpower of the world is.”
